Hunt Valley-based PSA Insurance & Financial Services, Inc. today announced two promotions to its executive Leadership Team. The promotions will expand PSA’s Leadership Team from five to seven members:
Having joined PSA in 2008, Stout is the visionary behind PSA’s Fiduciary Consulting Group (FCG). In just a few short years, Stout built and oversees a team that currently advises plans with more than $2.4 billion in assets. Under her guidance, FCG has received recognition from the industry’s leading authorities, including the coveted NAPA 401(k) Advisor Leadership Award*. The FCG team focuses on helping clients understand their fiduciary responsibilities and designing a process to best protect them.

Hoffman joined PSA in 2007 as Marketing Director and has since transformed the PSA brand, building a national caliber level marketing strategy that includes PSA’s flagship brand asset, the PSA Partnership Program. In his new role as Senior Vice President, Business Development, Hoffman’s focus will broaden to include sales leadership, account executive support and recruitment, sales training and salesforce.com strategy, while continuing to oversee the PSA Marketing Department in a Chief Marketing Officer capacity.
