Infusing her [Stout] abilities into PSA's Leadership Team will have positive effects across our entire organization.
Hunt Valley, MD (PRWEB) July 16, 2014
Hunt Valley-based PSA Insurance & Financial Services, Inc. today announced two promotions to its executive Leadership Team. The promotions will expand PSA’s Leadership Team from five to seven members:
- Jania Stout will continue as Practice Group Leader for PSA’s Fiduciary Consulting/Retirement Plans Group while assuming the title of Senior Vice President.
- Former Marketing Director Justin Hoffman will assume the role of Senior Vice President, Business Development, while continuing to oversee the PSA Marketing Department in a Chief Marketing Officer capacity.
Having joined PSA in 2008, Stout is the visionary behind PSA’s Fiduciary Consulting Group (FCG). In just a few short years, Stout built and oversees a team that currently advises plans with more than $2.4 billion in assets. Under her guidance, FCG has received recognition from the industry’s leading authorities, including the coveted NAPA 401(k) Advisor Leadership Award*. The FCG team focuses on helping clients understand their fiduciary responsibilities and designing a process to best protect them.
“Jania has boundless energy and vision. The way she inspires others, whether they be PSA employees, her fiduciary clients or plan participants, is a rare and powerful talent,” said PSA Managing Director, Trevor (Chip) Lewis, Jr., CFP®. “Infusing her abilities into PSA’s Leadership Team will have positive effects across our entire organization.”
Hoffman joined PSA in 2007 as Marketing Director and has since transformed the PSA brand, building a national caliber level marketing strategy that includes PSA’s flagship brand asset, the PSA Partnership Program. In his new role as Senior Vice President, Business Development, Hoffman’s focus will broaden to include sales leadership, account executive support and recruitment, sales training and salesforce.com strategy, while continuing to oversee the PSA Marketing Department in a Chief Marketing Officer capacity.
“Justin has proven time and time again that with focus, determination and a healthy dose of creativity, great things can be accomplished,” commented Lewis on Hoffman’s promotion. “He is an expert in today’s modern sales and marketing tools, and continually finds new ways to help our professionals achieve high levels of success.”
The expansion of PSA’s Leadership Team coincides with PSA’s steady and robust growth. Since January 2013, PSA has completed two mergers and added three individual practices, contributing to approximately $5 million in revenue growth. PSA uniquely offers comprehensive services in all of its major business units, allowing clients to enjoy the efficiency of having all personal and commercial insurance, retirement planning, employee benefits, risk management and wealth management needs serviced by a single collaborative team of specialists.
Stout and Hoffman join five others as part of PSA’s Leadership Team including Managing Director, Chip Lewis, Jr.; Senior Vice President, Director of Property & Casualty Insurance, Craig English; Chief Financial Officer, Ray Sweet; Senior Vice President, Employee Benefits Group, Kenneth Huber; and Senior Vice President-Operations, Frank Giachini.
