VoIP Logic’s Platform-as-a-service now allows its Service Provider Partners to easily use gUnify’s extensive communication integration application which, notably, link Google Apps and Salesforce CRM integration with BroadWorks PBX software for the extension of unified communication deeper into the business workflow. gUnify, by virtue of its leadership position in the integrated communications market, has a following of service providers and end users who benefit from a number of integration tools that allow call logging, call reporting, click-to-dial, call presence and call noting. gUnify’s software adds value to VoIP Logic’s best-of-breed technology platform. It is a state-of-the-art technology addition for Service Providers that want the flexibility and cost advantages inherent in working directly with gUnify and VoIP Logic.

In the deployment model, Service Providers that work with VoIP Logic will be able to order from the BroadSoft marketplace and provision licenses directly with gUnify while enjoying first line support from VoIP Logic’s technical assistance personnel. The philosophy is that the Service Provider does not pay additional marked up costs for the technology and receives 24/7 primary support from VoIP Logic as well as extended support from gUnify directly.
