The seminar for Texas wines and food pairings will be on Saturday from 3:30 - 5:30pm. The seminar for Microbrews will be on Sunday from 3:30 - 5:30pm. The goal for the wine and beer tasting program is to send guests home with a greater understanding and appreciation for the ‘spirits’ of Texas. In recent years, wines from Texas have compared favorably to those from France, California and other places around the world. After 6pm each evening, the Texas wineries and microbreweries will have booths in the Kennedy Outdoor Theater where they will have samples and bottles of their current wines and brews available for sale, as well as, wine and beer glasses.
Also, the Home brewers will be doing some informational seminars and will have home brewing equipment available for purchase.
