Sprouts Farmers Market Signs Fourteen-Year Lease for 77,400 Square Feet at the Offices on High Street in Phoenix
Phoenix (PRWEB) July 09, 2014 -- Portland-based real estate private equity firm ScanlanKemperBard Companies and Minnesota-based Wayzata Investment Partners LLC announced today that Sprouts Farmers Market (https://www.sprouts.com/) has just signed a long-term lease and will relocate its corporate offices to High Street (http://www.HighStreetAZ.com) in Spring 2015.

Sprouts’ is relocating approximately 300 team members from its current location near Tatum and Cactus to approximately 77,400 square-feet of office and retail space on the southeast side of High Street. Sprouts will occupy floors two through four as well as ground-level retail space.

Since closing on the property in April 2013, new leases totaling over 165,000 square feet of both office and retail space have been signed.
