Matthew Hockman, Managing Director/Co-Founder, has close to a decade of experience managing the creative and logistical side of interactive, print, and on-air campaigns for some of the biggest entertainment clients in the industry. Prior to starting Revolve he built and lead interactive marketing teams across various Los Angeles based ad agencies including Deadline, mOcean, Bemis Balkind, bpg and Neuron Syndicate. His client experience includes major movie studios and television networks including Disney, Paramount, Sony, FOX, NFL Network, Turner Broadcasting, Scripps Networks, and Microsoft to name a few. Matthew is an Ohio native, and has lived in West Los Angeles for the past 10 years.

Christopher Johnson, Creative Director/ Co-Founder, was born and raised in the heart of Los Angeles and has been knocking it out of the box for over a decade. Jack of all trades is an understatement when it comes to what he is capable of. His original talents hail from the world of VFX, which give him a unique perspective on how to achieve the near impossible in the interactive space. Over the years he has done work for a myriad of top brands such as Best Buy, Disney, Lionsgate, Adidas, Sony, Food Network, NFL, and Syfy to name a few.

Jay Tehrani, CEO/ Co-Founder, is an accomplished Senior Executive and Corporate Officer with an extensive background directing corporate structures, finance groups, and creative agencies. He runs a tight ship for increased efficiency, morale, and profit. He’s a wizard at budget management, negotiations, forecasting, marketing, sales, and customer service. Jay was the CEO of Deadline, a digital and traditional advertising agency specializing in movies, TV, and gaming. In nine years, he grew Deadline to a successful and profitable agency of 50 delighted employees. He sold the company in 2007 and stayed on as President until 2011. Prior to Deadline, Jay worked for Berkshire Hathaway Insurance Group for 3 years, where he was in charge of the company’s New Mexico and Arizona operations. He was responsible for all aspects of marketing, underwriting, claims, and loss control. Prior to that, Jay was a Vice President at Wells Fargo Bank. Jay is also very involved in his community serving on the Board of Directors of Santa Monica Boys and Girls Club and is the Treasurer of Kenter Canyon Parent Support Group. Jay holds an MBA from University of Southern California and has a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from UCLA.
