Columbus, Ohio (PRWEB) July 11, 2014 -- Shawn Parker and Richard Kruse, two well known Central Ohio Receivers, asset managers and commercial real estate brokers are pleased to announce that they have come together to form Parker Kruse Asset Management and Sperry Van Ness/Gryphon Parker, both headquartered in Columbus, Ohio.
Parker and Kruse bring an extensive 20-year background in the commercial-investment real estate industry and have completed transactions across the country as well as internationally. Additionally, the new partners are two of the most active receivers in central Ohio having been collectively appointed to over 400 cases involving a variety of business operations and real estate related projects.
The two organizations will provide clients a one-stop-shop for full service commercial real estate brokerage, property management and auction services as well as continued receivership services, distressed asset management and workout consulting for both borrowers and small to medium lending institutions.
The pair has assembled a team of seasoned Advisors by merging the staff and consultant base of their individual firms, New Perspective and Gryphon Asset Management. The brokerage and auction practice at Sperry Van Ness/Gryphon Parker also draws upon the momentum and success of Sperry Van Ness International Corporation’s (SVNIC’s) recently expanded auction services program, SVN Auction Services, which has been adding local and regional offices to serve specific markets throughout the United States.
