Tranzon Auctioneers Elected to National Leadership Posts
Portland, ME (PRWEB) July 12, 2014 -- Tranzon Auction Properties President Thomas W. Saturley was elected President of the National Auctioneers Association, and Tranzon Asset Advisors Executive Vice President Tim Mast was elected to the National Auctioneers Association Board of Directors at the National Auctioneers Association International Conference & Show in Louisville, KY on July 10. At the Conference & Show, Tranzon Alderfer President Sanford L. Alderfer was also recognized as he completed his service as President of the National Auctioneers Foundation.
Tom Saturley has long been active in the NAA and in the real estate profession. He has served on the NAA’s Board of Directors and has also served as a member of the Board of the National Association of Realtors. He is a licensed auctioneer in Maine, New Hampshire, Massachusetts and Vermont, and is licensed as a real estate broker and agent in Maine, New Hampshire and Colorado. Previously, Tom was a practicing attorney in Maine and New Hampshire routinely representing clients in complicated real estate development and lending transactions, and also served as an Assistant Attorney General for the State of Maine.
With a background in law, real estate, auction marketing, and business management, Tom has spoken extensively on auction methodology in various professional forums and educational settings throughout the country. During his term as NAA President, Tom will represent the National Auctioneers Association and will promote the auction profession nationally and internationally.

Tim Mast is Executive Vice President of Tranzon Asset Advisors in Selmer, TN, with offices also in Kentucky and Illinois. In December of last year, Tim was inducted into the Tennessee Auctioneers Association Hall of Fame, becoming the youngest member so honored by the Tennessee Association, which he served as President in 2011-2012 after holding other leadership positions.
Tim is a graduate of the World Wide College of Auctioneering in Mason City, Iowa, and holds Real Estate Broker’s and Auctioneers Licenses in Tennessee, as well as Arkansas, South Carolina, and Mississippi.

Sandy Alderfer, President of Tranzon Alderfer in Hatfield, PA, has now completed his tenure as President of the National Auctioneers Foundation.
“The National Auctioneers Foundation helps fund the National Auctioneers Association and enriches the auction community,” said Sandy. “I’m incredibly thankful for the opportunity to have led the Foundation.”
Sandy is active in the National Auctioneers Association and was inducted into its Hall of Fame in 2012. He has served as President of the Pennsylvania Auctioneers Association and was honored as its Auctioneer of the Year in 2005.
