The Latest Advanced Video Tracking Technology Is Now Available In Canada
Vancouver, BC (PRWEB) July 11, 2014 -- E-CARD ID Experts, Canada’s premier provider of Identification, Authentication & Authorization solutions, and Deja View Concepts, a Boston-based technology company that specializes in Advanced Video Tracking Technology, announced an exclusive partnership to serve Canada’s Entertainment, Tourism and Hospitality industries. By combining the expertise and technology of the respective companies, Canadian “experience-based venues” will be introduced to a significant opportunity to increase revenue and brand exposure, while consumers will enjoy a cutting-edge tool that enables great experiences to be amplified and shared.
“We are extremely pleased to enter into this partnership,” said Les Pilchak, CEO, E-CARD. “It strengthens our portfolio of technology solutions and reinforces E-CARDS’ commitment in bringing to our clients transformational technology that goes far beyond Security applications.”
Deja View Concepts’ Passive Memory Capture (PMC)™ systems take advantage of the Bluetooth 4.0 Low Energy (BLE) technology available in a person’s smartphone, to synchronize the solution’s App with the HD camera system installed at key points along the partner venue. As long as a visitor is carrying a phone that is turned on and running Paparazzi Pass, he can be tracked within range of the Bluetooth beacon. The system links that individual with the location, time and date of the read event, pairs it with appropriate video footage, and forwards in real-time “ready-to-share” media to the App.
“The introduction of social media was not just a shift in the way we experienced technology, it was a shift in the way we experience life. Life is now one big continuous sharing experience with no pause button.” explains Hans Dietterich, Deja View’s Cofounder, President and company’s spokesperson. “There is a big opportunity for Experience-Based-Venues to increase revenue by maximizing their guest's experience, while increasing brand exposure through social media. We are excited to align ourselves with E-CARD ID Experts, a company that deeply understands technology and has over 17 years of experience serving the most important Entertainment and Hospitality operations in Canada.”
Paparazzi Pass will be available to the broader Entertainment, Tourism and Hospitality market in the first part of Q4. E-CARD ID Experts is currently engaged in the final stages of negotiations with selected Hospitality operations, focused on the initial commercial deployments. “2015 will be a very busy year for us at E-CARD ID Experts, as the year’s maximum deployment capacity is close to be reached,” said Kyle Fairfield, E-CARD’s VP of Sales.
