Pima Federal Credit Union has grown significantly over the last few years to a sizable 51,000 member community with 150 employees and over $400 million (US) in assets under management. As Pima Federal Credit Union grew, so did their need for a solution that could connect geographically distant employees and translate their incredible workplace culture online. The search was off to a rocky start with a difficult and ultimately failed attempt to address these needs with a introductory intranet platform.
After abandoning the initial intranet solution, the Pima Federal Credit Union Team struck out to find an intranet that was simpler with a more comprehensive feature set to meet their needs. The platform was well-received by employees and is now being used by 120 out of their 150 employees every single day.
