East Hampton, NY (PRWEB) July 14, 2014 -- Drug Free Solution, Inc. ("the Company") (OTCQB: DSOL) -- Drug Free Solution, Inc. (the "Company") is pleased to announce an agreement with Premier Venture Partners, LLC, for a $3 million equity line of credit financing facility.

  • Pursuant to this Equity Purchase Agreement, Premier Venture Partners has committed to purchase up to $3,000,000 of the Company's common stock over the course of 36 months. As part of the agreement, the Company is required to register the shares of common stock with the Securities and Exchange Commission ("SEC"). Details of the agreement will be found on the Company's report being filed on Form 8-K with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
  • Genie O'Malley, CEO, stated, "This is an exciting way forward for us. The funds will help us to drive education, awareness and distribution of DSOL's proprietary emotional wellness programs derived from the Living Breath Process, specifically our results-driven addiction recovery programs. This is the support that we have needed to move deeper into communities and our ability to provide community programs and solutions for addiction."
  • The company has recently translated their website into Spanish, Portuguese, French and German, introduced three new products for opiate, heroin and methamphetamine addictions (their Take Action Paks), redesigned http://www.drugfreesolution.com, launched http://www.livingbreathproject.com, the community initiative of Drug Free Solution and also brought back their popular “Purchase a Program for Another” campaign.
