Greenberg Traurig Continues Growth in New York with Addition of James S.H. Null
NEW YORK (PRWEB) July 11, 2014 -- The international law firm Greenberg Traurig LLP continues to strengthen its transactional practice in New York with the addition of James S.H. Null as of counsel in its Tax and Global practices. Null joins Greenberg Traurig from Reed Smith.
Null’s practice is concentrated in U.S. federal tax matters, including U.S. inbound and outbound investments, domestic and international tax planning for corporate and partnership transactions, and private equity investments and structures using U.S. and non-U.S. treaty networks. He is experienced in advising U.S. media companies on foreign and domestic investments, and non-U.S. investors on inbound media investments and joint ventures. He also advises U.S. and non-U.S. entertainment clients (from both a production and talent side) on U.S. and international entertainment transactions, productions and events. Additionally, Null has advised clients on alternative energy, shipping, bankruptcy and restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, and intellectual property transactions.

Null holds an LL.M., from New York University School of Law, a J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law and a B.A. from Brandeis University. He was also a law clerk for the Honorable Eliezer Rivlin of the Supreme Court of Israel.
