After serving the communities of Fort Greene/Bedford Stuyvesant for nearly 30 years, Dr. Hsung-Zin Sung will be retiring. Dr. Alvin Addes will replace Dr. Hsung-Zin Sung and continue to care for his patients and the communities of Fort Greene/Bedford Stuyvesant.

As an added bonus, patients will have access to all 7 Brooklyn clinics.

The 443 Dekalb Avenue clinic has been renovated. State-of-the-art equipment has now been added, and patients’ charts are being entered into the electronic medical records system. New technologies have been implemented, such as an online portal and a phone application to enhance the patients’ Prominis experience. As an added bonus, patients will have access to all seven Brooklyn clinics.

Prominis welcomes the community to meet Dr. Addes and other Prominis physicians. A vibrant young staff is ready to welcome patients to the Prominis organization. Doctors and staff from Dr. Fenyves’ six other Brooklyn practices will be in attendance on July 21st to offer complimentary health screenings.

Prominis has partnered with the Myrtle Avenue Revitalization Project to provide community chefs from the Myrtle Eats Fresh Community Corner who will perform live food demos using fresh, healthy ingredients. Representatives from local Bedford-Stuyvesant organizations also plan to attend. The Prominis open house will be held at 443 Dekalb Avenue on Monday, July 21st, from 5-7pm. All are welcome to attend and receive a free health screening, vitamin supplements, healthy food samples and drinks.
