Grandin Named Executive Vice President, Chief Underwriting Counsel for North American Title Insurance Co.
Miami, FL (PRWEB) July 15, 2014 -- Valerie Grandin has been named executive vice president, chief underwriting counsel for North American Title Insurance Co. (NATIC). She brings more than 20 years of commercial real estate experience to her position, including commercial acquisition, conveyance, financing and development, as well as title insurance underwriting.

Prior to joining NATIC, Grandin was senior underwriting counsel at Attorneys’ Title Fund Services, LLC’s home office in Orlando, where she provided underwriting assistance to commercial law firms, foreclosure practices and residential title agents. From 1999 to 2007, she handled all phases of commercial and residential real estate for Graham, Builder, Jones, Pratt & Marks, LLP (now Burr & Forman) in its Winter Park office. She also managed a real estate caseload for Miami-based Shapo, Freedman & Fletcher for four years prior to that.
