VENAIR silicone hoses are platinum cured in accordance with FDA Standard 21 CFR 177.2600 and USP Class VI standard.

M.G. Newell is a leader in providing unparalleled service to sanitary processors of food, beverage, dairy, pharmaceutical and/or personal care products across North America. For over 30 years, VENAIR has sold and manufactured flexible silicone hoses for food, beverage, dairy, pharmaceutical and/or personal care products industries. M.G. Newell is now pleased to partner with VENAIR to offer flexible silicone tubing for clients requiring sanitary grade hoses for conveying liquid or semiliquid products.

All of the VENAIR silicone hoses are platinum cured in accordance with FDA Standard 21 CFR 177.2600 and USP Class VI standard. The elastomer is fully non-toxic, stable, odorless, non-stick, hydrophobic and steam sterilizable with all common CIP cycles. The VENAIR brand of Technosil platinum cured silicone hoses are peroxide free and recommended for any process within the food industry, especially the pharmaceutical industry. They guarantee a superior level of hygiene compared to peroxide cured silicone as shown by the high level of purity in the chromatography phase.

VENAIR hoses are also recommended for high-grade aseptic requirements as they can be connected using 316L stainless steel fittings equipped with the SZR® system. This system allows the connection area between the hose and the metal connection to be completely free of any areas of possible contamination, thus facilitating CIP.
