Deployed via SMS, much like an alert, Micronotes Mobile-SMS automates the referral process by interviewing customers on their mobile phones about unfinished banking business and sending referrals to branch or call center staff. Interviews are fast and intelligent and integration is simple – not requiring any changes to the mobile banking app design. Initial targeting is accomplished using data analytics, retargeting is based on individual interview responses.
When customers receive an interview alert, they are asked to respond with a "Yes" or "No" – much as you would with a fraud alert. After two or three questions, or about 10 seconds, customers are made an offer that contemplates all previous interview responses. If a customer chooses an offer, the order is either fulfilled online or the lead and interview notes are automatically transferred to the front line for direct follow-up.
