(Roundy’s), is using Esna Officelinx to provide voice messaging and unified messaging for employees across its tri-state footprint in Wisconsin, Minnesota and Illinois.
Roundy’s, working with their long-time system integration partner, NACR, selected Officelinx to deliver a voicemail platform that connects their existing Avaya telephony system with Microsoft Outlook email. The company’s prior messaging system had reached its end-of-life and Roundy’s wanted to migrate to a more efficient, flexible and cloud-based solution.

- Scale the messaging system as the user base grows
