“One of the first things we did when we founded Franklin Johnston Group was to develop a Mission Statement and define our Core Values,” said Chris McKee, FJG President of Operations. “We want every aspect of our business to use them every day, but it’s especially critical for Human Resources to apply the Mission and Core Values in our relationships with our coworkers. Rian Cuthriell is the kind of person who understands the importance of those principles and who can make them the foundation of how we deal with our more than 300 employees.”
