Energy Assurance Expands Cycling Capabilities to Meet Customer Needs
Buford, Georgia (PRWEB) July 23, 2014 -- Energy Assurance LLC, a forward-looking and responsive-testing partner for the portable battery industry, now has over 250 channels of charge and discharge testing capabilities.
The main focus and largest channel capabilities are in the 10-20 volt range with current capability up to 10 amps within this range. Additional capability is also available up to 40 volts and 25 amps. With the Maccor Series 4000 system the company can also join channels together in order to offer limited test capability at higher currents. These systems allow Energy Assurance to support larger volumes of testing of batteries ranging in size from individual cells to larger multiple cell portable battery packs.
“Energy Assurance continues to invest in resources to meet the increasing needs of our customer base,” says Cindy Millsaps, President and CEO, Energy Assurance, LLC. “The Maccor 4000 Series further supports our charge and discharge conditioning capabilities as well as expanding our ability to support performance testing in accordance with IEC 61960, IEC 60086 and ANSI C18.1 standards.”
Maccor 4000 systems are considered some of the premier battery test equipment in the industry. The Series 4000 is a fully automated, battery test system that provides the highest level of features in the industry. These systems offer a voltage and current accuracy of 0.02% of the full scale values.
