The new location gives clients more access to the firm

Greenfield Advisors LLC is proud to announce the opening of its expanded East Coast office in Cartersville, GA. The new location will offer clients greater accessibility to one of the country’s top real estate and economic consulting firms.

The expanded office, located just north of Atlanta, will be led by Director of Economic Research Dr. Clifford A. Lipscomb, an expert with nearly two decades of experience. Dr. Lipscomb has published more than 20 articles on a wide range of topics, including regional economic policies, environmental issues, and real estate analysis.

“This expanded office shows our commitment to being more accessible to our East Coast clients on their schedules,” Lipscomb said. “Plus, this move makes good business sense as a large majority of our current clientele is on the East Coast.”

Last year was a busy one for Greenfield Advisors, and 2014 is poised to be another great year. “Looking ahead, we have some very interesting economic impact studies we’ve been asked to do by clients related to EB-5 visa applications. This provides us some variety to our current workload, which has been heavy on appraisal issues related to mortgage backed securities over the last two years,” Lipscomb added.

Greenfield Advisors is a 38-year-old financial and economic analysis firm specializing in complex real estate problem solving. Best known for its work in high-profile litigation and trophy property valuation, Greenfield Advisors addresses a broad range of issues in its projects, including feasibility studies, market research, valuation, business plans, wealth-management and private-equity advisory services, and economic modeling.
