Cherokee Nation Technologies was recently awarded the One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services (OASIS) Small Business contract by the U.S. General Services Administration.

The new hybrid acquisition vehicle provides a full range of professional services and products to all departments and agencies of the U.S. government. Services include communications, compliance, defense, disaster, energy, environment, financial, health, intelligence, security and transportation.

“Our businesses have a rich history of working with the federal government in support of various contracts,” said Shawn Slaton, Cherokee Nation Businesses CEO. “We are proud to continue that work and look forward to the efficiency and ease that the OASIS contract provides for our customers.”

CNT is one of 123 small businesses to receive the award. The technology company expanded its range of services by subcontracting with four other CNB companies, including Cherokee CRC, Cherokee Services Group, Cherokee Nation Red Wing and Cherokee Nation Government Solutions.

“This contract truly demonstrates the strength of our diversified businesses,” said Steven Bilby, President of CNB’s diversified businesses. “Our proficiencies span multiple industries, including information technology, personnel services, construction, distribution, manufacturing, telecommunications, environmental services, and security and defense. OASIS provides us the perfect opportunity to fulfill numerous industry-specific needs for our clients through a single award.”

The five-year base performance period began June 20 and includes an option to extend for an additional five years. The program held its kickoff event a few weeks ago in Fairfax, Virginia.

Cherokee Nation Technologies was formed in 2009 to serve government clients with time-tested solutions that increase client effectiveness through the intelligent use of technology. CNT’s expertise includes software and application services, network services, and business process services. The company is headquartered in Tulsa, with a regional office in Ft. Collins, Colorado, and client locations nationwide. Wholly owned by the Cherokee Nation, CNT is part of the Cherokee Nation Businesses family of companies.
