When customers log onto their Facebook account, they are identified and served content based on their online banking interview responses. For example, a customer who responded, during an online interview, that he was in the market for a new car and looking to be pre-approved for an auto loan, would be retargeted with a “Top 10 Tips for New Car Buyers” article in his Facebook News Feed, courtesy of his financial institution, with a call to action.
