Micronotes Social™ retargets banking customers in Facebook® with super relevant content based on digital interview responses gathered from online banking interviews.

Micronotes, the leading provider of interview marketing technology and services to the financial services industry, announced today that it has released Micronotes Social™ for retargeting bank customers in their Facebook News Feed with super relevant content based on digital interview responses.

Deployed through social media, Micronotes Social uses previous response technology to retarget banking customers in their Facebook News Feed with relevant content on products and services they responded to during a digitally generated interview taken during an online banking session. When customers log onto their Facebook account, they are identified and served content based on their online banking interview responses. For example, a customer who responded, during an online interview, that he was in the market for a new car and looking to be pre-approved for an auto loan, would be retargeted with a “Top 10 Tips for New Car Buyers” article in his Facebook News Feed, courtesy of his financial institution, with a call to action.
