Announcement: GuitarControl.com Releases “Pentatonic Guitar Lick in A Blues - Lead Blues Guitar Lesson”
(PRWEB) July 17, 2014 -- “It sounds like a lot of notes”, says Johnson, “but it’s simple from the point of view that it’s all in the A Pentatonic.” Claude demonstrates this blues lick based in the first position of A minor pentatonic as follows: 8th fret of the first string with 4th finger bent up one whole step and then released and picked again and then to the 5th fret with first finger and then a hammer-on back to the 8th fret and then a pull-off back to the 5th fret to the 8th fret of the 2nd string with 4th finger. Next is the 5th fret of the 2nd and then first strings with first finger to a hammer-on to the 8th fret of the 2nd string. Then 7th fret of the 3rd string with 3rd finger and 5th fret of the 2nd and first strings, played as a sweep, then a hammer-on to the 7th fret of the 2nd string and pull-off to the 5th fret. And finally 7th fret of the 3rd string with 3rd finger, bent up one half step and released, to the 5th fret with first finger to the 7th fret of the 4th string with 2nd finger back to the 5th fret of the 3rd string back to the 5th fret and then finally ending on the 7th fret of the 4th string with some vibrato. Guitar TAB’s are available for this cool blues guitar lick at GuitarControl.com.
