YogaVibes, the premium source for streaming online yoga classes and free yoga videos, is excited to present new prenatal yoga videos with Yoga Tree’s popular teacher, Jane Austin.
Passionate about yoga and the transformative power of motherhood, Jane Austin specializes in working with prenatal and postnatal mamas. For two decades, Jane has worked with mamas, not only as a yoga teacher but also as a midwife, doula (labor assistant), and childbirth educator. Informed by years of experience working in the field of women’s health, she is uniquely suited to instruct yoga to women as they transition into motherhood.
"I'm thrilled to be able to offer my prenatal yoga classes online with YogaVibes,” says Jane. “It can be challenging to find a studio that offers prenatal yoga at a convenient time or any class at all that is appropriate for pregnant women. With these online yoga classes, you can do yoga when you want and where you want. With this online format, it is my intention to make yoga more accessible to more mamas everywhere."
Jane’s recent prenatal yoga class, filmed live at Yoga Tree Hayes, is designed to help women transition in body and mind from waking to sleeping. This calming practice focuses on slowing down and moving deeper into a place of rest and rejuvenation. With a focus on hip and back stretches, the yoga postures instructed will assist in unwinding, letting go, and preparing for sleep.
