MMI Rolls Out Version 4.0 of Its Service Contract Management and Proactive Quoting Software ONEview
Boca Raton, FL (PRWEB) July 18, 2014 -- Today MMI announced the rollout of version 4.0 of its cloud-based, SaaS contract and asset management software, ONEview. Included in the 4.0 version are a host of new features that promise enhanced user experience and increased functionality for the tens of thousands of current ONEview users. With ONEview, users have the ability to aggregate and transform large amounts of complex data into insightful and actionable analytics for their organizations.
As with previous version roll-outs, nearly 95% of the enhancements made to ONEview 4.0 are based on current ONEview user-requests. “This rollout exemplifies our commitment to engineering tools and solutions that fit our customers’ needs. Our primary focus over the last seven years has been functionality, and giving our users the best product to run their business. With version 4.0, heavy emphasis is placed on enhancing the user-experience,” commented Claire Millsap, MMI’s Director of Product Development & Sales Consultancy. “While many of our competitors choose to offshore their solutions, our Development Team is in-house at our corporate headquarters, and hears the day-to-day needs of our customers. We believe this gives us a distinct advantage over competition, and allows us to engineer a product representative of the needs of our customers.” Included in this rollout are new custom reporting capabilities, enhanced user-interface, and the ability to share custom graphs and reports.
MMI started development of its flagship product, ONEview, nearly 7 years ago after a need was identified for technology provider organizations to better monitor the timing of renewals and equipment replacement cycles. As a response to this need, MMI’s founders set out to develop (alongside ONEview) industry best-practice consulting and outsourcing solutions to give technology companies the ability to capture more recurring revenues by employing maintenance and service contract renewal strategies. The products and solutions engineered by MMI allow organizations to automate the arduous processes associated with renewing service and support contracts – allowing firms to capture additional recurring service revenues, while ensuring uninterrupted coverage for their clients.
To further address market needs, earlier this year MMI rolled out PERFORMance, a channel sales program that gives solution providers the opportunity to enter the SaaS market as a ONEview reseller. “Our current partners realize the opportunity PERFORMance presents to deliver a solution that addresses the needs of customers in managing key asset and contract data,” commented Trish McLoughlin, MMI Director of Marketing & Business Development. “PERFORMance Partners can deliver intrinsic value to their customer base while building a new and profitable recurring revenue stream for their business.”
