For example, with Urban Air’s ‘Secure Checkout’ each child receives a wristband with a unique, random number. After a few hours when parents come to retrieve their children, staff will match the number on the wristband with the number on the parent's ticket before the child can be taken out of the park.
In addition, Urban Air staffs their 25,000 square foot facility with monitors to keep watch and make sure everyone is having fun and flying safe. As an extra level of security, they also ensure all managers are CPR certified.
