CKR Interactive Specialists to Speak at the 2014 Cleveland HR Star Conference

Global recruitment marketing agency, CKR Interactive (http://www.ckrinteractive.com), announced that Laurie Severino, director of branding and interactive strategies, and Kendra Van Nostran, research director, will discuss the “Five Essential Tips for Developing your Employer Brand” at the 2014 Cleveland HR Star Conference.

The annual Cleveland HR Star Conference features 29 sessions on a variety of topics within human resources. The conference will take place on Thursday, July 24, 2014 at the Holiday Inn Hotel in Independence, Ohio. The conference is considered one of the largest human resources events in the Midwest, drawing more than 600 professionals from 250 different organizations.

“We are really excited to present to the HR Star audience. This will be our second year at HR Star Cleveland and Braden and team always deliver relevant and useful information to the attendees. Each participant at our session will walk away with essential and cost-effective tips for their employer brand using case studies from Cleveland-based companies,” says Laurie Severino.

CKR Interactive’s first employee branding session is scheduled for 11:15am-noon in the Brooklyn Room. The second session will take place from 3:30 - 4:15pm in the Bedford Room. During the session, Laurie and Kendra will define what an employer brand really is (and really isn't) and how a clearly defined and properly-executed employer brand can be the "X" factor when it comes to achieving your recruitment goals. Their presentation will provide attendees with the know-how necessary to jumpstart the development of their employee brands, including: leveraging what you already have, creating a foundation from research, identifying what makes you unique, developing a framework for consistency and having a clear vision for how you will communicate it.
