The Nevada State Bar’s Labor and Employment section has elected Holland & Hart LLP attorney Deanna Brinkerhoff as Vice Chairperson/Chair-Elect.

Brinkerhoff is an attorney at Holland & Hart in Las Vegas, representing clients in labor and employment litigation, including harassment, discrimination, retaliation, FMLA, wage and hour trade secret, and non-compete cases. She also provides labor and employment advice to companies of all sizes, counseling them on employee separation, reduction in force, wage and hour compliance and audits, and employee misconduct investigations. She represents clients in the gaming, transportation, manufacturing, real estate, and health care industries.

The section committee also aids in the formation, administration, and implementation of programs, forums, and other activities for the education of members of the State Bar of Nevada in matters relevant to Labor and Employment laws and regulations. Overall, their purpose is to recognize and reason out means of improving the practice of law in the field of Labor and Employment.
