“We hope that TUNE communicates our promise to make mobile marketing better for everyone."
Seattle, WA (PRWEB) July 17, 2014
Today, HasOffers, the leader in attribution analytics, announced it has changed the company’s name to TUNE (http://www.tune.com) on the opening day of its annual Postback Conference in Seattle. The company’s current products — HasOffers.com and MobileAppTracking.com (MAT) — now roll up under TUNE, the larger parent name.
“We’ve known for a couple of years that we needed to find a new name for our company to better differentiate our products while also giving us room to grow alongside the fast moving mobile marketing ecosystem,” said Peter Hamilton, CEO of TUNE. “We chose TUNE because it resonates perfectly with what we help marketers do across our products. Maybe even more importantly, we wanted something that would be really fun and creative for our people and our clients.” (Read more from Peter on how we chose our new name: http://www.tune.com/blog/introducing-tune/.)
In less than a year, TUNE has doubled in size to more than 200 employees worldwide across six offices. Bootstrapped from 2009 until 2013, the company raised a $9.4M investment led by Accel Partners last year. TUNE has utilized some of this investment for strategic initiatives over the past six months while continuing to focus on developing its products. TUNE is poised to see more than 100% revenue growth again in 2014.
Twin brothers and TUNE co-founders, Lucas and Lee Brown, created the company to empower and educate the performance marketing industry. “We hope that TUNE communicates our promise to make mobile marketing better for everyone, from mobile marketers of gaming studios, entertainment companies, retailers, and name brands, to ad networks, retargeting providers, ad agencies, and major publishers,” said Lucas Brown, co-founder and Chief Product Officer. “We’re here to help drive the industry forward with innovative and scalable technology.”
TUNE’s VP of Customer Service, Steve Burgess, said, “We are known for our customer service. No other provider of attribution analytics or performance marketing technology responds as quickly to requests or cares more about solving client problems. Reconciling and integrating systems is in our DNA, and we’re working harder than ever across our global teams to make customer satisfaction our highest priority.”
