McCall’s extensive professional history includes lengthy engagements with major distributed retail organizations including Sears and Pep Boys. During his time with Pep Boys, his work to plan, coordinate and implement new corporate communications strategies had a dramatic impact on more than 18000 store associates at 700+ retail locations. “I’ve been involved in helping design and develop tools like the ones we’re building at ThinkTime,” McCall says. “ThinkTime keeps all of these tools simple and makes it easy to measure success.”
