Low-code in action: Bizagi customer, Prince Sultan Military Medical City, manages triage through mobile and tablet devices – a process that was modeled, automated and deployed with minimal programing.

We’re pleased to be included in the Forrester Research report, which in our opinion, confirms our long-held philosophy that business collaboration, achieved through low-code, is the key to fast results.

London, UK (PRWEB UK) 18 July 2014

Forrester Research, Inc. has recognized Bizagi in an influential report on low-code platforms. The June, 2014 report New Development Platforms Emerge For Customer-Facing Applications analyzes the growing adoption of low-code platforms over traditional development offerings and includes Bizagi among vendors who meet these emerging business requirements.

According to the report, the growing need to develop customer-facing applications is the key attraction of the low-code route.

Low-code, key to competitiveness.

The ability to work quickly and without traditional programming overhead is essential, not only to cut development costs but to steal a competitive edge in today’s customer-centric marketplace, says Bizagi CMO, Jolanta Pilecka.

“The drive to deliver an outstanding customer experience is placing pressure on businesses to put customers, not the process, first. If business is to lead the charge, organizations need tools that look familiar, feel intuitive and actively encourage business users to take part in the process discussion. We’re pleased to be included in the Forrester Research report, which in our opinion, confirms our long-held philosophy that business collaboration, achieved through low-code, is the key to fast results and delighting customers.”
