Base2 Named One of 2014 Best Places to Work in Orange County

The companies making the list this year rose to the top in a two-part evaluation. The first part, worth 25%, consisted of evaluating each company's workplace policies, practices, and demographics. The second part, worth 75%, consisted of an employee survey to measure the employee experience. Best Companies Group conducted the analysis to identify and recognize places of employment that are leading the way in defining the employee experience of the 21st century in Orange County.
