He will be working alongside Mitch Laufer, Principal of Sense Consulting. Mr. Sanchez will oversee day-to-day marketing activities, while Mr. Laufer will continue to focus on business development, company expansion initiatives, and large development projects.

Mr. Sanchez’s background includes extensive experience in hospitality and brand development. Prior to joining Vanguard Properties, he worked as Brand Marketing Manager for the Joie de Vivre hotel group and most recently served as Vice President of Communications at Hollenbeck Associates, a full service PR, branding and marketing agency in San Francisco.
