The Comfort Heritage Foundation and The Elephant Story in Comfort are sponsoring a string concert featuring Concert Rock Violinist Aaron Meyer and Guitarist Tim Ellis.

There will be food, wine tasting, and live auction on Saturday evening, August 2, 2014 in Center Point, Texas. It will start at 6:00 pm at the Zanzenberg Storyville Event Center, 217 FM 480.

Come join us for a special evening that will benefit two worthy causes. The Comfort Heritage foundation supports the historical preservation of the iconic Texas Hill Country town of Comfort. The Elephant Story seeks to underwrite Asian Elephant conservation in general and The Golden Triangle Asian Elephant Foundation in particular through its store in Comfort.

The auction features vacation packages at the two leading elephant resorts in the Golden Triangle of Thailand - The Anantara Golden Triangle and The Four Seasons Tented Camp. Three luxury hotels in Bangkok will have packages for auction, The Siam Hotel in Bangkok offers a luxurious stay as a gateway access to these unique elephant experiences, The Mandarin Oriental and the Peninsula Hotels in Bangkok are excellently situated within easy reach of all Bangkok’s main attractions. Three hotel packages will be auctioned for stays in Southeast Asia, the Amansara Siem Reap Luxury Resort and the Shinta Mani Club in Siem Reap, Cambodia and the COMO Shambhala Estate in Bali.

Other auction items are a Georgia O’Keefe print, 16 x 20 Canvas of historic scene, Tibetan Lamb leather pillow and a two night stay at the Holekamp B & B in Comfort.
