Scheffler’s Venus collection is inspired by the elegance and mystique of the character portrayed in Sandro Boticelli’s iconic “Birth of Venus” painting. The hues in this Fall/Winter collection showcase a striking mixture of on-trend blushes and steely grey hues. The collection features necklaces, bracelets, earrings and rings. Other prominent colors include rich jewel tones and seasonal muted tones like denim blue and olive green.
“Translating the femininity of Venus was an artistic challenge, as was designing a collection around her,” states Scheffler, “The color palette includes a range of jewel tones that draws from hues found in the painting as well as traditional fall colors.
