Darn Tough Vermont, American manufacturer of the fastest growing collection of performance socks in the USA, will be incorporating their current Run/Bike line into Endurance, a new category that will debut at the 2014 Summer Outdoor Retailer with six new styles for men and women (Booth BR419).

“Our socks are made to outperform and outlast everything else on the market, a quality that is evident in our new Endurance line. Whether running or cycling, Endurance is designed to keep pace with any athlete by providing a selection of ultra-light and ultra-tough socks that continue to exceed expectations,” explains Ric Cabot, President and CEO of Darn Tough Vermont.

“With tight, form-fitting shoes, a lot of runners and cyclists look for lighter socks to go between their foot and footwear. Our Ultra-Light and Light Cushion Endurance socks fit comfortably into any shoe and still provide resilient cushioning without bulk.”

Darn Tough will be introducing three new 1/4 Sock options for Women’s Endurance. Available in Ultra-Light, the Beans, and Pinstripe, 1/4 Socks offer a streamlined performance fit, while the Bermuda Stripe 1/4 Sock Light Cushion provides cushioning along the footbed for added support. Constructed with custom-made 17.2-micron Merino wool that is half the wool yarn weight of Darn Tough’s Cushion socks, the company’s Light Cushion option offers cushioning in an low-volume sock.

For the Men’s Endurance line, Darn Tough will be adding three new styles designed specifically for cyclists – the World Champion Micro Crew, King of the Mountain Micro Crew, and Badge of Honor Micro Crew. All three socks will be available in Ultra-Light for the ultimate performance fit, and will be constructed using True Seamless™ knitting technology for an undetectable toe seam that diminishes blisters and hot spots for an uninterrupted ride ($15.00-$18.00).

Each Darn Tough Vermont sock is designed, manufactured, and tested in Northfield, Vermont for unrivaled comfort, durability, and fit, and comes with an unconditional lifetime guarantee.

Darn Tough Vermont will be serving up their famous maple creemees topped with bacon at the 2014 Summer Outdoor Retailer in Salt Lake City, Utah at Booth BR419 located in the Salt Palace Convention Center from August 6th to the 9th. Socks from their new Endurance line will be available at U.S. retail stores for Spring 2015. For more information about Darn Tough Vermont socks, please visit http://www.DarnTough.com.
