Prior to joining QBE, Mr. Duclos held various management positions at XL, most notably as Chief Executive of Insurance in which he was responsible for all global insurance operations. Mr. Duclos has more than thirty-five years of experience in the insurance industry.
Toby Esser: Chief Executive Officer of Cooper Gay Swett & Crawford, the world’s largest independent, Lloyd’s centric, global wholesale and reinsurance broking group. Mr. Esser began his career in the Lloyd’s insurance market in 1984 with the ambition of one day running the company.
Eric Smith: President and CEO of Swiss Re Americas, and a member of Swiss Re's Executive Committee. Mr. Smith joined the company in June 2011. U.S. Prior to Swiss Re, Mr. Smith was President at USAA Life Insurance Company, where he led the effort to provide life, health and annuity solutions through direct channels.
Vince Tizzio: President and CEO of Navigators Management Company, Inc. Prior thereto, Mr. Tizzio was Executive Vice President of Zurich North America from 2008 to 2012, President of AIG Small Business at American International Group from 2002 to 2008, and served in various underwriting and management positions with American International Group.
Tony Ursano: Founder and CEO of Willis Capital Markets and Advisory. Mr. Ursano joined Willis in 2009 and has over twenty-seven years of experience in investment banking with a specific focus on the insurance industry.
