The 1701 Quincy Ave. #3 Naperville, IL 60540 location was reviewed and approved by Naperville City officials in June of this year. The Naperville cannabis dispensary is one of 2 locations 3C is looking to open and operate upon approval by the State of Illinois.
Hugo Fernandez - 3C Founder & CEO, founded the United Paralysis Foundation (UPF) a 501(c) (3) not-for-profit charity. A charity which he founded after his wife suffered a rare neurological condition that left her paralyzed from the chest down. The United Paralysis Foundation seeks to fund research for treating and curing paralysis patients.
