Shadowmatch USA, the most predictive and accurate behavioral benchmarking tool and services committed to positively impacting individuals and teams, announced its advisory board. The function of the board is to provide strategic business, management and leadership counsel for the company.

Advisory board members include:

  • Rich Berger, SPHR, HRIP, group director of global HRIS and metrics for Citrix Systems, Inc. Berger sets strategy, implements systems and processes and provides global metrics and analytics on human capital in his role at Citrix. Berger has served on the International Human Resources Information Management (IHRIM) Board.
  • Dr. Pat Converse, associate professor, School of Psychology at Florida Institute of Technology. Dr. Converse teaches courses in personnel selection, work motivation, organizational training, personality and research methods. He is currently a member of the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology Awards Committee, the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology Scientific Affairs Committee, and is chair of the Hogan Award for Personality and Work Performance Committee.
  • Nov Omana, HRIP, Collective HR Solutions Founder and CEO. Nov assists companies in structuring HR technology strategy and systems to solve business challenges. He also currently serves on other boards including the International Human Resources Information Management (IHRIM) Board and Oracle HCM User Group Board.
  • Jill Pearson, principal and vice president of marketing and public relations at Pearson Partners International, a Dallas-based global executive search and leadership consulting firm with offices across the U.S. and a global executive search partnership. Pearson serves on the board of directors of Pinion, benefiting Special Olympics, and served on the board of trustees of the Greater Fort Lauderdale Chamber of Commerce.
