Phase One Complete for the Hiram Neuwoehner High School HVAC Renovation
St. Louis, Missouri (PRWEB) August 01, 2014 -- Air Masters Corporation has successfully completed Phase One of the multi-million dollar HVAC renovation of Hiram Neuwoehner High School ahead of schedule and injury free.
Phase one of the HVAC renovation consisted of replacing seventy terminal units, nine air handlers, new air distribution systems and temperature controls. Phase Two which includes a new highly efficient magnetic bearing chiller and new cooling tower will begin in early fall. Neuwoehner School is part of the St. Louis County Special School District located in Town and Country.
Project Manager Andy Romano recalls, “Working around the existing building elements and coordinating with other trades doing their work is always challenging and this was a lot of work to be done in a short period of time. Even though we could not really get fully underway until school let out for the summer we got it done with time to spare.”
