OwnerAide, the professional networking and real estate technology company, today released a new version of its flagship real estate services platform, OwnerAide.com.

OwnerAide.com helps real estate brokers create and access a network of trusted home services professionals. The network can be shared with clients, allowing the broker to remain a trusted resource long after the sale.

The updated version of OwnerAide.com includes several new features, including direct assignment, job templates, and automated search engine optimization.

With direct assignment, brokers can now post a job directly to a preferred services professional within their Home Pro Network. Previously, job posts could only be posted to a network of home pros.

“With one click, an agent can send a job description, budget, and timeline to a home pro of their choice via e-mail and text message,” said Nick Pontacoloni, CEO, OwnerAide. “The home pro can then review job details—including photos—and submit a bid or estimate right from their phone."

The direct assignment feature also creates a job template detailing cost estimate, schedule, and work plan. The agent can then share this template with the homeowner. “It empowers brokers, home pros, and homeowners to better prepare a house for sale while saving all parties the time once lost through meetings, estimates, and missed phone calls,” said Pontacoloni. “A strong network of home pros helps a broker become a trusted resource, even after the sale.”

Agents can choose to post the job to their private network or to the public network of local service professionals. The OwnerAide platform supports bidding, messaging, and reviews for all posted jobs.

OwnerAide also announced that it has optimized Aide profiles for search engines. “By updating the SEO on our Aide profiles, we can better serve as the primary Web presence for all home pros that use our platform,” said Pontacoloni.

OwnerAide offers home pros free Web profiles and media storage, as well as the ability to acquire reviews and accept secure payment by credit card. Said Pontacoloni: “With OwnerAide, brokers and pros complete a job from start to finish. It’s for more than just researching a service provider.”
