The SEN Design Group and NARI Form Industry Alliance
Chapel Hill, NC (PRWEB) July 23, 2014 -- The SEN Design Group, an independent organization of kitchen and bath professionals, has formalized a business partnership with the National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI), a professional trade association dedicated solely to the remodeling industry.
With nearly 6,700 combined member companies, SEN and NARI both saw the enormous potential in forming this alliance. Fifteen percent of current SEN Members are also members of NARI, and the benefits of membership in both groups simultaneously would be in the great breadth of the non-overlapping educational courses. Nearly 200 NARI Members operate kitchen/bath showrooms and would reap substantial monetary benefits with a SEN Membership, enabling them to buy product better, saving money for their clients while also earning quarterly rebates.
“This alliance between SEN and NARI is a business decision that is sure to generate success in the near future," commented Ken Peterson CKD, president of the SEN Design Group. "It's a big win for the memberships in both groups."
NARI’s array of certification programs will be offered to SEN Members at a discounted rate. In the same way, SEN educational courses - focused primarily on financial and business management - will be available to NARI Members at lower pricing. Both groups see the benefits of this partnership expanding membership growth.
“NARI’s certifications are conferred upon individuals that meet strict entry and educational requirements and that demonstrate an in-depth knowledge, thought examination, of all aspects of the field for which they are certifying. They are recognized at top practitioners in the industry. SEN Members will benefit from certifications, not only as a marketing tool, but as a way to solidify their training and to create best business practices,” says Fred W. Ulreich, NARI CEO.
