Worldwide Intelligence Network, a stalker protection investigator, provides key improvements in security against stalkers, in light of the recent events involving actress, Sandra Bullock. According to a CNN report published on July 15, 2014, a stalker was apprehended in the residence of Ms. Sandra Bullock by the Los Angeles police department.

"No one could have predicted the actions of the mentally disturbed stalker who broke into Ms. Bullock’s home at 1:00 am," director of Global Operations for Worldwide Intelligence Network, Robert Mann, alleges. "However, our task force, as a matter of course, evaluates every security apparatus operating in and around a client’s residence, place of business, in their vehicles and private planes. After our Risk Analysis is concluded we offer recommendations for improvement when applicable that will deter occurrences such as what allegedly transpired in the home of Ms. Bullock."

Having provided stalker protection services for over 22 years, Mann provides the following recommendations. "Ms. Bullock’s stalker climbed over a chain link fence with barbed wire on top that was not outfitted with motion sensors, according to the CNN report published on July 15, 2014. Motion sensors in all likelihood would have set off an alarm that most likely would have stopped the stalker prior to him climbing down and onto her property. Barbed wire was on top of the chain link fence suggesting this stalker was known to Ms. Bullock and her security team. We question, why have a chain link fence rather than a specially constructed fence that would have prohibited climbing?"

"The second question that begs an answer was why didn’t her alarm system go off? Did she have glass break sensors installed throughout the house? Did she have sensors on all doors and windows? Finally did she have motion detection lights and CCTV cameras installed on her property that faced every possible point of entry surrounding her home?" Mann points to these specific security flaws as possible reasons why a stalker may have been able to access Ms. Bullock's property.
