The James Beard House promotes the culinary arts by honoring chefs, wine professionals and journalists – both established and emerging.
After representing New Mexico in the Great American Seafood Cook Off in New Orleans, Executive
Chef Cheryl Scantlebury, Executive Sous Chef Patrick Mohn, Chef de Cuisine Eric Stumpf and Sous Chef Matt Schnooberger were invited to work the Beard kitchen in the company of Foundation members and industry professionals.
