Unemployed Workers Achieve Career Objectives Faster with Career Partners International's Outplacement Services
Chapel Hill, North Carolina (PRWEB) July 29, 2014 -- Career Partners International, one of the world’s most successful providers of outplacement, executive coaching and other talent management solutions, recently found that its outplacement program participants spend less time in career transition than the national average for the United States.
As of June, 2014, the average duration of unemployment in the United States was 32.8 weeks, approximately 8.8 months, according to data from the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics. In a recent review, Career Partners International found that its outplacement participants achieved their career objectives on average within 3.2 months, or around 12 weeks, almost three times faster than the U.S. national average.
Participants of Career Partners International’s outplacement programs not only achieve their career objectives faster, they also land better or equivalent positions. In 2014 93.8% of participants landed either higher or lateral level roles, a level that’s been maintained for a number of years.
“We believe that only by identifying and addressing the distinct, individual needs of each of our outplacement participants can we help each person reach his or her career goals and aspirations,” commented David P. Hemmer, President and CEO of Career Partners International. “By providing access to the most personalized, one-on-one career coaching and tools needed by each individual, our participants find employment more quickly, often landing even better positions than they held previously.”
Career Partners International refuses to sacrifice quality for quantity. All participants in its outplacement programs are assigned a dedicated career consultant who personalizes each participant’s services. The global firm maintains the lowest participant-to-consultant ratio in the industry, with each career consultant averaging only 25-30 participants at a given time while others in the industry average closer to 100.
The attention to quality is paying off. The firm recently received an outstanding Net Promoter Score (NPS) of +70, well above the NPS bar for excellence of +50. Additionally, 98.92% of program participants reported, via survey, that Career Partners International’s outplacement services either exceeded or met their expectations.
