In this position, Madden is responsible for growing existing client relationships as well as winning new business for the company. In his role, Tom will lead YA’s team of sales executives, account directors and account managers. Madden brings to YA more than 25 years of sales and strategic account planning experience in addition to having a solid operations background. These skills and his experiences in working with several Fortune 100 brands are vital in helping YA’s clients profitably grow their business while providing a demonstrable return on their marketing investments.

Prior to joining YA, Madden led various sales and account organizations, serving most recently as vice president, managing director of Aimia U.S. where he led the sales and development of all U.S. consumer clients. Additionally, he had led the Awards, Strategic Partnership and Strategy teams.
Before Aimia, Madden held leadership roles at Xmark and Carlson Marketing in both North America and Europe.
Additionally Madden is the retired chair of the Minneapolis Board of Education and secretary of Achieve Minneapolis, a non-profit organization that helps to prepare students for a successful life after high school.
Madden received his BA in Communications from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and his Executive Leadership Certificate from the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management.
