Russell Sarder, CEO of NetCom Learning, a Microsoft partner company, provided a roadmap to business and financial success at the recent Microsoft Worldwide Partner Conference (WPC) held in Washington, DC from July 13 – July 17th. Microsoft holds this informative conference annually, providing members of their Worldwide Partner Network - Individuals from Microsoft's Partner Network traveled from all over the world for this annual WPC conference - with a means to network with fellow members as well as giving them the opportunity to learn from top business experts and leaders in the field of information technology.
Russell Sarder spoke on the topic of “Seven Key Principles for Business Success for US Partners” to the more than 175 registered attendees, most of whom were business owners of Microsoft partner companies.
“It was a great honor to be able to share my ideas and thoughts on being an entrepreneur on what I found is important when you are starting a business with business owners from around the world,” said Russell Sarder, CEO of NetCom Learning. Known as the CEO of Learning, Russell Sarder is a passionate advocate for education and lifelong learning. He is a well-known speaker on the subject of education and has written several books on the subject including Learning: Steps to Becoming a Passionate Lifelong Learner and Effective Learning Methods: How to Develop the Most Effective Learning Method.
Drawing from his experience as an entrepreneur and owner of a multimillion dollar company, Russell provided a step by step overview for entrepreneurs and Microsoft partners and advised them on how to start and grow a successful business. In addition to his own experience, Sarder utilized information from the many interviews he has done for SarderTV, a video learning channel which he created, providing interviews with business leaders and educators. During this conference, he discussed the proper steps towards choosing the right business model, finding the right leadership, and developing a plan for successful businesses. This session also included information on the importance of employee skill growth and education to business's continued success.
