Aileen G. Zaballero, M.S., CPLP, is a dual Ph.D. candidate in workforce education and development – comparative and international education at The Pennsylvania State University. Jong Gyu Park, MBA, is a Ph.D. candidate, also in workforce education and development at The Pennsylvania State University.
