Digital Film Academy Presents: DFA Summer Screening

The Digital Film Academy students are going to screen their most recent work at the prestigious NewFilmmakers New York series at the Anthology Film Archives.

Digital Film Academy, the New York-based film school that offers the most hands-on filmmaking programs in the United States, is hosting a screening on Wednesday, July 30th, as a part of the prestigious NewFilmmakers New York series.

The screening starts at 7:15 p.m. and will take place at the one of the largest archives of avant-garde and experimental cinema in the world: the Anthology Film Archives. Five exceptional student short films were selected to be shown at the event, where the filmmakers will be present to answer questions about their projects.

Here is the list of the films that will be screened:

  • The Dawn by Sara McDermott Jain
  • The Potluck by Pauline Gefin
  • Revenge at Heart by Daimon Glenn
  • Trapped by Zellee Jones
  • Thousands Sonnets of the Sun by Lucas Oliveira
