SnapSports® and the NBA Nation Tour Ready for Bay Area Basketball

The tour heads to San Francisco this weekend, July 25th -26th, to get in some Bay Area Basketball. Events will be taking place on SnapSports Outdoor BounceBack® ShockTower® surface, the only modular surface featuring a built in shock absorption system to take any game to the next level. With an estimated weekend attendance of over one million fans visiting Union Square, the NBA needed a surface that promised easy installation and guaranteed safety for participants of all ages and skill levels.

The NBA Nation Tour presented by Sprint is the league’s largest mobile basketball experience. The interactive fan experience brings 20,000 square feet of basketball fun, including the Sprint Ultimate Shot, the NBA Fan Combine, and the Sprite Slam Dunk Showdown where amateur dunkers can earn cash prizes and the chance to compete during 2015 All-Star Weekend. Fans will also be treated with scheduled appearances by NBA Legend A.C. Green, Tour Ambassador Darryl Dawkins, the Golden State Warriors dance team and high flying professional dunk squad, the Flying Dubs. The Union Square event offers FREE admission, giving kids and adults alike the chance to dribble, dunk, and show off their skills on the high performance SnapSports surfacing.
