Dallas, TX (PRWEB) July 26, 2014
Regenedyne LLC, a US-based power company, and Pantheon Environmental Pte., a Singapore-based environmental technology company, today agreed to form a new joint venture in Singapore called TerraNomics, Pte. Both the joint venture agreement and licensing deed were signed in April and amended in July in Dallas, TX and Atlanta, GA simultaneously.
Regenedyne will be contributing its multi-patented, magnetic power generation technology and Pantheon will manage the business of sales, delivery and installation into a region whose lowest growth rate nearly doubles the United States GDP growth rate. With the progressive nature of the Singaporean government and banking systems, both parties are excited to begin building the new company immediately. The opportunity to create manufacturing facilities in Asia is included in the plans for TerraNomics.
“We are grateful to be working with the caliber of talent included on both sides of this now unified table. The opportunity to bring significant improvement to the power creation of an entire country, and eventually of a continent, is compelling in and of itself. With this team, it becomes even more so,” offered Regenedyne Interim CEO Chris Griffin.
Eric Schick, the Chairman of Pantheon, stated that, “our raison d’être is healing people and planet. Through TerraNomics, we are now actively engaged in evaluating and selecting strategic partners throughout Asia.”
